This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds on Chronivio subscription services provided by Knyr Agency. By subscribing to our Service, you agree to the terms set forth in this policy.
Local laws may provide additional refund rights, which will apply where required.
All subscriptions are billed in advance and automatically renewed until cancelled.
New Customers Only:
Reasonable usage means fewer than 500 client records or 1,000 appointment entries processed during the trial period.
Extended Downtime*:
* Extended downtime means 24 consecutive hours of complete service unavailability. Maximum refund for downtime shall not exceed one month's subscription fee.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the subscription. Refunds cannot be processed through alternative payment channels once initiated via chargeback or dispute.

All refund requests undergo internal review before processing.
Some refund processing times may be affected by third-party payment processors (Stripe, PayPal, etc.).
Currency conversion and international transaction fees are not refundable.
Refunds for service interruptions due to circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, government actions, etc.) will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
