1. Overview

This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds on Chronivio subscription services provided by Knyr Agency. By subscribing to our Service, you agree to the terms set forth in this policy.


Local laws may provide additional refund rights, which will apply where required.

2. Subscription Services

2.1 Service Types

  • Monthly subscription plans
  • Annual subscription plans
  • Add-on services and features
  • One-time setup or training fees

2.2 Billing Cycle

All subscriptions are billed in advance and automatically renewed until cancelled.

3. Refund Eligibility

3.1 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

New Customers Only:

  • Full refund available within 30 days of initial subscription
  • One refund per customer account. Subsequent subscriptions are not eligible for the money-back guarantee.
  • Must not have exceeded reasonable usage limits*
  • Account must be cancelled within the 30-day period

Reasonable usage means fewer than 500 client records or 1,000 appointment entries processed during the trial period.

3.2 Service Outages

Extended Downtime*:

  • Pro-rated refunds for outages exceeding 24 consecutive hours
  • Calculated based on monthly subscription cost
  • Excludes scheduled maintenance with advance notice
  • Must be reported within 7 days of outage resolution

* Extended downtime means 24 consecutive hours of complete service unavailability. Maximum refund for downtime shall not exceed one month's subscription fee.

3.3 Billing Errors

  • Duplicate charges will be fully refunded
  • Incorrect plan charges will be corrected with refund difference
  • Processing errors will be resolved within 5 business days

4. Non-Refundable Services

4.1 Used Services

  • Subscriptions used beyond the 30-day guarantee period
  • Partial month usage (monthly plans are not pro-rated)
  • Services where significant data has been processed or stored

4.2 Add-On Services

  • One-time training sessions (once completed)
  • Custom setup or migration services (once performed)
  • Third-party integrations or customizations

4.3 Renewal Charges

  • Automatic renewal charges after the initial billing period
  • Upgrades or downgrades mid-billing cycle

5. Refund Process

5.1 How to Request

  • Account email address
  • Subscription plan details
  • Date of original charge
  • Specific reason for refund request

5.2 Processing Time

  • Review period: 3-5 business days
  • Refund processing: 5-10 business days after approval
  • Bank/credit card processing: 1-2 additional billing cycles

5.3 Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the subscription. Refunds cannot be processed through alternative payment channels once initiated via chargeback or dispute.

6. Data and Account Access

6.1 During Refund Period

  • Full access maintained until refund is processed
  • All data export capabilities remain available
  • No service interruption during review period

6.2 Post-Refund

  • Account will be deactivated upon refund completion
  • Data export must be completed before account closure
  • 30-day grace period for data retrieval after account closure

7. Special Circumstances

7.1 Technical Issues

Service Not Working as Advertised:

  • Must be reported within 15 days of discovery
  • Requires documentation of the technical issue
  • Refund considered if issue cannot be resolved within reasonable timeframe

7.2 Business Closure

Piercing Studio Closure:

  • Pro-rated refund available for remaining subscription period
  • Requires documentation of business closure
  • Must be requested within 30 days of closure

7.3 Regulatory Changes

Industry Compliance Issues:

  • Refunds considered if regulatory changes prevent service use
  • Must provide documentation of regulatory conflict
  • Subject to case-by-case review

8. Cancellation vs. Refund

8.1 Cancellation Only

  • Cancel anytime to prevent future charges
  • Access continues until end of current billing period
  • No refund for current billing period (except during guarantee period)

8.2 Immediate Cancellation with Refund

  • Available only during 30-day guarantee period
  • Results in immediate account deactivation
  • Full refund of current billing period

9. Dispute Resolution

9.1 Internal Review

All refund requests undergo internal review before processing.

9.2 Escalation Process

  • Initial support team review (3-5 business days)
  • Management review for disputed cases (additional 5-7 business days)
  • Final decision communicated in writing

9.3 Chargeback Policy

  • Contact us before initiating chargebacks
  • Chargebacks may result in account suspension
  • We will work to resolve disputes directly when possible

10. Promotional Offers and Discounts

10.1 Promotional Pricing

  • Refunds calculated based on amount actually paid
  • Promotional discounts are non-transferable

10.2 Free Trial Periods

  • No refund necessary for free trials
  • Automatic billing begins after trial expiration
  • 30-day guarantee applies to first paid period

11. Annual Subscriptions

11.1 Annual Plan Refunds

  • 30-day money-back guarantee applies to annual plans
  • No refunds for unused months after the 30-day guarantee period
  • Pro-rated refunds not available after guarantee period
  • Unused portions of annual subscriptions are non-refundable

11.2 Plan Changes

  • Upgrades: Immediate access, pro-rated billing
  • Downgrades: Change effective next billing cycle, no refund for current period

12. Third-Party Payment Processors

12.1 Payment Method Limitations

Some refund processing times may be affected by third-party payment processors (Stripe, PayPal, etc.).

12.2 International Payments

Currency conversion and international transaction fees are not refundable.

13. Force Majeure

Refunds for service interruptions due to circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, government actions, etc.) will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

14. Modifications to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be communicated via:

  • Notice posted in user account dashboard
  • 30-day advance notice for material changes
