Chronivio: Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Chronivio ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

Chronivio is a customer relationship management (CRM) platform specifically designed for piercing studios and body modification professionals, developed and operated by Knyr Agency.

2. Description of Service

Chronivio provides:

• Client management and appointment scheduling
• Piercing aftercare tracking and reminders
• Inventory management for jewelry and supplies
• Compliance documentation and consent forms
• Analytics and reporting tools
• Communication tools for client follow-up

3. User Accounts and Registration

3.1 Account Creation

• You must provide accurate, complete information during registration
• You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

3.2 Account Types

• Studio Owner/Manager accounts
• Piercer/Staff accounts

3.3 Age Requirements

• Users must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in their jurisdiction.
• If local law requires a higher age, that law applies.

4. Permitted Use

4.1 Authorized Activities

• Managing legitimate piercing business operations
• Storing client information in compliance with applicable laws
• Processing payments for piercing services
• Maintaining health and safety documentation

4.2 Professional Use Only

The Service is intended exclusively for licensed piercing professionals and legitimate body modification businesses.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or illegal activity
• Store or transmit content that violates health regulations
• Share account access with unauthorized individuals
• Attempt to reverse engineer or compromise system security
• Use the Service to harass, threaten, or spam clients
• Store false or misleading health information
• Violate any applicable piercing industry regulations or licensing requirements

6. Data and Privacy

6.1 Client Data

• You retain ownership of all client data entered into the system
• You are responsible for obtaining proper consent for data collection
• You must comply with HIPAA, GDPR, and other applicable privacy laws

6.2 Our Role as Data Processor

• We act as a Data Processor under GDPR for the data you input into the Service
• We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect client data
• We process data only according to your instructions and for the purpose of providing the Service

6.3 Health Information

• Special protections apply to health-related client data
• You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of medical information
• Data encryption is provided for sensitive information storage
• You are solely responsible for ensuring that health data you input does not violate local medical privacy regulations.

6.4 Data Export

You may export your data at any time during your subscription period.

7. Payment Terms

7.1 Subscription Fees

• Monthly subscription plans available
• Fees are billed in advance and non-refundable
• Price changes require 30 days advance notice
• All fees are in USD (or specified currency) and exclude applicable taxes, which are your responsibility.

7.2 Transaction Fees

Additional fees may apply for payment processing services.

7.3 Late Payment

• Accounts may be suspended for non-payment after 7 days past due.
• Accounts may be removed for non-payment after 60 days past due.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 Service Content

Knyr Agency retains all rights to the Chronivio platform, including software, design, and documentation.

8.2 User Content

You retain rights to your business data and client information while granting us necessary rights to provide the Service.

9. Health and Safety Compliance

9.1 Professional Responsibility

• You must maintain all required licenses and certifications
• Compliance with local health department regulations is your responsibility
• Proper sterilization and safety protocols must be followed

9.2 Documentation

The Service provides tools for compliance documentation but does not guarantee regulatory compliance.

10. Service Availability

10.1 Uptime

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

Downtime does not result in service credits or refunds unless otherwise agreed in writing.

10.2 Maintenance

Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible.

10.3 Data Backup

Regular automated backups are performed, but you should maintain your own backup procedures.

11. Limitation of Liability

11.1 Service Limitations

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. KNYR AGENCY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

11.2 Maximum Liability

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11.3 Professional Responsibility

We are not responsible for your professional practices, client care, or compliance with industry regulations.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Knyr Agency from claims arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or violation of any third-party rights.

13. Termination

13.1 By You

You may terminate your account at any time with 30 days written notice.

13.2 By Us

We may terminate accounts for Terms violations, non-payment, or at our discretion with 30 days notice.

13.3 Effect of Termination

• Access to the Service will cease
• Data export must be completed before termination
• Upon termination, we will retain your data for 30 days to allow export, after which it will be permanently deleted.
• All payment obligations remain due

14. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of new Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Georgia without regard to conflict of law principles.

16. Dispute Resolution

16.1 Arbitration

Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration rather than court proceedings.

16.2 Class Action Waiver

You waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits.
